As the Principal Broker & CEO of Approved Financial Services,  Sadiq was named to the 2021 Canadian Mortgage Professionals Hot List, & Verico’s President’s Club, and leading the brokerage to win the Top Choice Awards Brokerage of the Year, Ajax Community Votes Platinum Award for Mortgage Brokerages, and the CMP 2021 Best Mortgage Employers.

While doing all this Sadiq also serves as a Technical Advisor to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority, Director of the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association, instructor for the mortgage agent course, contributing author for the mortgage agent course and even created the first policy and procedures manual for Mortgage Administrators in Ontario. Utilizing  his over 23 years on experience, Sadiq also mentors new agents and has often been called upon from lenders to speak as a preferred broker at their seminars. Through all of Sadiq’s actions, he consistently demonstrates a passion for the industry and instils that passion in everyone he meets.
